The Bulgarian African Chamber of Commerce (BACC) is pleased to announce that its Chairwoman, Ms. Albena Anyuat Jones<\/strong>, together with the Chamber\u2019s Director of Trade Relations, Mr. Efaeval Joshua Jones<\/strong>, have been officially invited to participate in the South Sudan Agricultural Conference 2026<\/strong>. The invitation was extended by the Acting Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, the Honourable Lili Albino\u2011Akoll<\/strong>, through the Embassy of the Republic of South Sudan in Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s conference, held under the theme \u201cInvesting in AGRI\u2011Food Systems for Better Life in South Sudan,\u201d<\/strong> will convene over 500 delegates<\/strong> from across the region and the international community. A central highlight of the event will be the attendance of H.E. Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan<\/strong>, whose presence underscores the national priority placed on agricultural transformation and long\u2011term food system resilience. Also participating will be members of the United Nations<\/strong>, alongside policymakers, investors, development partners, and agricultural experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Albena Anyuat Jones will join the conference as a panelist<\/strong>, contributing to discussions on the role of Cooperatives<\/strong> in strengthening agricultural productivity and community\u2011driven development. Her \u201cBack\u2011to\u2011Basics\u201d theory emphasizes collaboration, shared responsibility, and sustainable structures that empower local producers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Efaeval Joshua Jones will represent the Chamber on the ground, engaging with South Sudanese institutions, private\u2011sector leaders, and international partners to explore opportunities for trade, investment, and knowledge exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
